How do I clean and maintain my BBQ?
We recommend cleaning the cooking grid after each use and emptying ash collectors regularly. Covering your BBQ when not in use helps extend its lifespan.
Why does the color on my BBQ grill change when I use it?
When using your BBQ with or without blower, it’s normal for the heat from burning charcoal to cause slight changes in the color of some parts. This is because the BBQ is powder-coated, and high temperatures can naturally affect the finish. Rest assured, this is common with most BBQs and does not affect performance.
