Shipping Carriers
We use different courier providers to deliver orders. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, package size, and delivery speed.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations. Please check at checkout if we deliver to your location.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation and before 12:00 pm.
• Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive carrier's name and tracking number via email. 

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for some products as mentioned in product description.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, reshipping fees may apply.
