🔥Grill Net or Skewers – Your Choice

You can cook in two ways:

1.      With the stainless-steel grill net: Perfect for steaks, burgers, sausages, chicken wings, fish, vegetables and marinated chicken pieces.

2.      Without the grill net, using skewers: Simply remove the net and line up your stainless-steel skewers across the body of the BBQ.

·         Each skewer needs about 4cm of width.

·         As a guide, the 90cm grill can hold up to ~22 Adana-style kebab skewers or around 24 slightly thinner chicken skewers at one time.

·         Each Adana skewer takes about 15 minutes to cook. On the 80cm grill, you can do 20 skewers per round, so in 1 hour you can serve up to 80 skewers.

This flexibility lets you use the same BBQ for both traditional kebabs and Western-style grilling.
